Обязанности:
  • обеспечить каскадирование целей от уровня холдинга до уровня ДО, подразделений, руководителей и сотрудников; выстроить процесс согласование целей и показателей между бизнес-заказчиков, HR, финансами и руководителями подразделениями;
  • определить связь показателей с системой премирования, включая веса, пороги, целевые значения, правила начисления и корректировки премий;
  • подготовить регламенты, положения, методические материалы, формы отчетности и шаблоны целей;
  • обеспечить коммуникационное сопровождения изменений, снижение сопротивления и вовлечение руководителей.
Требования:
  • уверенный пользователь Excel, PowerPoint, инструментами проектного управления;
  • ИС УП.
Условия:
  • трудоустройство в соответствии с ТК РФ;
  • своевременная выплата заработной платы 2 раза в месяц;
  • пятидневная рабочая неделя с 9:00-18.00, офисный формат работы;
  • уровень заработной платы обсуждается по итогам собеседования;
