В связи с началом нового объекта мы ищем Производителя работ

Функциональные обязанности:

  • Организация и руководств процессом СМР в составе бригады
  • Оперативное управление на участке строительства
  • Соблюдение плана-графика СМР
  • Ведение и оформление необходимой документации (общий журнал работ, журналы ТБ, путевые листы, табели рабочего времени)
  • Учет ТМЦ и контроль целевого использования
  • Контроль соблюдения техники безопасности
  • Контроль качества выполняемых работ, фотофиксация и отчетность

Требования:

  • Среднее-профессиональное/высшее образование (ПГС или техническое)

  • Знание СНИП и ГОСТ в области строительства

  • Знание основных технологий и материалов общестроительных работ

  • Владение ПО: MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD, 1С: Документооборот на уровне уверенного пользователя
  • Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции от 3-х лет
  • Опыт работы в Генподрядных организациях приветствуется
  • Ответственность, исполнительность, умение работать в режиме многозадачности
