This role includes the efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring that the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe. The Warehouse Associate works closely with other team members to meet daily operational goals and uphold company standards.\nResponsibilities:\nReceive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.\nPick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, including both dry goods and frozen products, following company standards.\nLoad and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.\nMaintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and promptly report discrepancies.\nSafely and efficiently operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.\nEnsure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.\nAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.\nAssist with additional warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors.\nWork Schedule:\nMonday-Friday, 8am to 5pm\nCompetencies:\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood communication skills.\nBasic math and computer skills.\nAbility to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nAbility to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (certification preferred).\nProficiency in using warehouse management software.\nStrong organizational skills.\nPhysical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious warehouse or logistics experience preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods of standing and walking.\nMust be able to lift, bend, stoop, and reach regularly.\nAbility to work in varying temperatures within the warehouse.\nAbility to lift up to 50-pounds and operate warehouse equipment.\nWork Environment:\nWarehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving machinery.\nOccasional overtime may be required to meet operational needs.\nOther Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
