With a culture grounded in agility, transparency, and continuous improvement, we work closely with our business partners to deliver impactful solutions that make a real difference.\nThe Role - Salesforce Administrator\nThe Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform. As part of the Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE), this role ensures the stability, usability, and security of Salesforce environments, while supporting business users with queries, enhancements, and issue resolution. The Salesforce Administrator plays a key role in platform operations, user management, data optimisation and ongoing improvements to deliver a robust and efficient CRM experience aligned with business objectives. The right individual will play a key role in aiding our team to deliver 24/5 global support.\nWhat you will do\nSalesforce Management & Support\nManage user accounts, roles, permission sets, profiles, and security settings.\nHandle day-to-day support requests and system administration tasks.\nMonitor system performance, conduct routine maintenance, and manage scheduled jobs.\nPerform data imports, deduplication, and data quality checks.\nConfiguration & Enhancement\nConfigure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and list views.\nBuild reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.\nCreate and maintain declarative automation such as validation rules, workflows, and flows.\nAssist with user acceptance testing and deployment of configuration changes.\nTraining & Documentation\nProvide training and guidance to users across teams to ensure effective platform use.\nMaintain platform documentation including configuration records, user guides, and FAQs.\nContribute to user onboarding and platform adoption activities.\nServe as a liaison between end users and technical teams to relay feedback and enhancement opportunities.\nSkills we're looking for\nEssential Skills & Experience\nExperience administering Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud).\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce standard functionality and configuration tools.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and support requests in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with data tools (e.g., Data Loader).\nDesirable Skills\nRelevant Salesforce Certifications.\nExperience with user training or platform adoption initiatives.\nExperience with SOQL, Prompt Engineering & Flows\nFamiliarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or SFDX.\nExperience working with Agile, product-centric delivery models, or CoEs.\nProficient and Fluent in adoption and application of AI tooling and solutions\nTo find out more\nAs an equal opportunity employer, we are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
