To offer state-of-the-art software solutions and provide comprehensive client delivery and consulting support using our expertise and flexible, client-focused approach.\nThe Role - Senior Project Manager\nAs a Senior Project Manager within the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex client-facing projects, ensuring they are completed within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters in accordance with project management principles and organizational standards.\nIn addition to managing strategic and high-visibility projects, you will provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Project Managers and project teams across the region by promoting project management best practices, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement. You will support resource planning, project governance activities, and operational initiatives that contribute to successful project execution and achievement of Professional Services revenue, utilization, and customer success objectives\nWhat you will do\nLead the end-to-end delivery of complex Professional Services projects by applying project management best practices across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, risk and issue registers, change controls, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.\nManage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.\nEstablish effective governance structures and facilitate project steering committees, status reviews, and executive reporting.\nDefine and review project’s SOW, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with clients and internal teams.\nLead the Professional Services team in pre-sales support, in preparation of CET, high level timeline and SOW creation.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and work closely with PMO team in ensuring monthly, quarterly and yearly PS revenue are on track.\nWork with PMO to continuously improve GFS PS delivery processes and best practices.\nMentor and coach Project Managers and team members to strengthen project management capabilities across the region.\nSupport resource forecasting, project portfolio visibility, and revenue realization objectives within Professional Services.\nBuild trusted relationships with clients and ensure consistent communication and transparency.\nSkills we're looking for\nExtensive experience in Project Management or PMO, preferably in a client-facing role.\nUnderstanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework\nKnowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall / agile) with at least five years project management experience.\nStrong understanding of Professional Services delivery models and customer success principles.\nStrong understanding of project financial management, including revenue tracking, forecasting, budget monitoring, and financial reporting, is considered a strong advantage.\nProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus.\nTo find out more\nAs an equal opportunity employer, we are dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
