Join our team and embrace the exciting journey of professional development!\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain financial records for companies by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.\n\nReconcile bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.\n\nProvide financial status information by preparing special reports and completing special projects.\n\nCorrect errors by posting adjusting journal entries.\n\nMaintain general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable and payable; adjusting entries for amortizations; analyzing and reconciling retained earnings; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.\n\nMaintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.\n\nOccasional extended business hours may be required when necessary.\n\nOther responsibilities as assigned.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting – and +1 year experience or 3.0 GPA.\n\nIntermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)\n\nBasic Knowledge of QuickBooks\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n1+ years experience working in a CPA or Bookkeeping firm\n\nExperience filing Sales, Payroll, and Tangible Taxes\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel\n\nExperience processing payroll\n\nIntermediate Knowledge of QuickBooks\n\nExperience working with Creative Solutions Suite (UltraTax CS and Practice CS)\n\nAccounting experience working with US companies\n\nSkills:\nGreat attention to detail\n\nCommunication and organization skills\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment\n\nAdvanced level of English.
