edit, and refine floor plans using Floorfy, AutoCAD, and related design software.\nThe role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret drawings and translate provided information into clear and accurate floor plans.\nThe ideal candidate should have a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field, with good understanding of architectural drawings, building layouts, dimensions, and technical plans.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nConduct quality checks on completed floor plans before submission.\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve technical or design-related issues.\nCreate, edit, and update floor plans using Floorfy, AutoCAD, and other approved design software.\nComplete assigned floor plan projects accurately and within stipulated timelines.\nReview and verify room layouts, dimensions, walls, doors, windows, labels, symbols, and other architectural elements for accuracy.\nInterpret architectural drawings, blueprints, sketches, measurements, and other technical documentation required for floor plan production.\nConvert provided drawings, sketches, measurements, and source materials into accurate digital floor plans.\nMake corrections and revisions to floor plans based on provided information, client requirements, and quality-control feedback.\nIdentify discrepancies or missing information in drawings and source materials and escalate them for clarification where necessary.\nMaintain organised records and files for completed and ongoing projects.\nEnsure floor plans are properly formatted, labelled, scaled, and presented in line with required standards.\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nGood understanding of floor plans, architectural drawings, blueprints, dimensions, scales, and spatial layouts.\n1-3 years of relevant experience in floor plan editing, architectural drafting, CAD drafting, or a related role.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, sketches, and measurements accurately.\nHND or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline.\nExperience with Floorfy is an advantage.\nGood computer and technical skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly.\nProficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting/design software.\nAbility to manage assigned
