DARUM GEHT ES KONKRET:

Du bist Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für einen festen Kundenstamm

Du hast hauptsächlich telefonischen Kundenkontakt und Freude daran, diese Kundenbeziehungen durch lösungsorientierte Auftragsabwicklung zu festigen

Darüber hinaus packst du tatkräftig im Tagesgeschäft mit an: So schreibst du beispielsweise Angebote, organisierst Lieferungen, prüfst Preise und löst Probleme

Nicht zuletzt arbeitest du eng mit dem Außendienst und den technischen Abteilungen zusammen

WIR WÜNSCHEN UNS VON DIR:

Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrungen in der SHK Branche sammeln

Du hast Verständnis für den Arbeitsalltag unserer Fachhandwerkskunden

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sympathisches Auftreten am Telefon und Organisationstalent zeichnen dich aus unsere besondere Stärke ist unser Teamzusammenhalt, deshalb solltest auch Du unbedingt ein Teamplayer sein
