Evaluate the Scrum maturity of the squad and guide them toward advanced stages at a sustainable pace.\nEnable process activities by inspiring the team to Strategic Alignment & Project Planning - Facilitate alignment on initiative outcomes, scope, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring they match the organization’s Value Delivery Stream. Support initiative/product owners in developing the inception deck and identifying necessary squad resources.\nExecution, Quality & Vendor Management - Direct and manage initiative tasks and development from beginning to end to produce intended outcomes. Ensure commitments and agreements with sponsors are met.\nMetrics & Artifact Management - Ensure project management and Agile progress metrics are established and that the team is equipped to input data.\nClosing & Transition - Finalize activities across all Project Management Process Groups to formally close the project or phase.
