The role drives cross-functional coordination across Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, CX, and partners, while overseeing customer feedback, requirements, issues, and operational blockers. It identifies bottlenecks, improves workflows and controls, and drives automation to reduce manual intervention and business disruption.
