This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products are launch-ready, deliver a high level of service, and comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.\nThe role will also support after-sales activities, improve processes and documentation, and help ensure that product and business objectives are achieved.\nYou will be responsible for the following:\n\nDrive process improvements to make product operations more efficient and scalable.\nSupport product launches by ensuring teams are prepared and aligned on processes, requirements, and policies.\nWork with cross-functional teams to support after-sales activities and address product-related concerns.\nCreate and improve process and policy documentation based on customer feedback, business insights, and industry best practices.\nEnsure products are launch-ready and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor product service quality and help minimize transaction errors and issues.\nWork closely with teams such as Enterprise Sales, Commercial Enablement, Operations, Trade Assurance, CXM, Finance, and BI to support business objectives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve product processes and customer experience.\nManage projects and other initiatives as needed, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.\nWe are looking for:\nA college graduate with strong leadership potential.\n5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or a related field.\nExperience in fintech, banking, financial services, or a similar industry is preferred.\nStrong project management and coordination skills.\nAbility to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving and process improvement skills.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.\nCustomer-focused and committed to delivering quality products and services.\nWillingness to
