Join the G Nation today!\nThe Strategy Management Lead supports GCash’s marketing strategy and governance by monitoring market and competitor activities, managing campaign review and approval processes, maintaining the marketing calendar, and conducting research to support business initiatives. The role also helps track team performance, prepare management reports, coordinate planning sessions and meetings, and monitor action items to ensure alignment and timely execution across the Marketing team.\nYou will be responsible for the following:\nCompetitor and Market Monitoring: Research and track competitor activities, market trends, products, pricing, promotions, and industry developments. Consolidate findings into reports and updates.\nCampaign Gatekeeping and Approvals: Manage the review and approval process for marketing campaigns, track approvals, document decisions, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure campaigns are cleared for launch.\nMarketing Calendar Management: Maintain an updated calendar of campaigns, product launches, promotions, and key marketing activities. Monitor schedules, overlapping activities, and dependencies to keep stakeholders informed.\nMarket and Business Research: Conduct research to support new business initiatives, management directives, product initiatives, and strategic discussions. Summarize findings and prepare presentations.\nPerformance and Deliverables Tracking: Consolidate and validate department scorecards, performance updates, management reports, and other recurring deliverables, ensuring timely submission.\nMeetings and Planning Support: Coordinate department meetings, planning sessions, workshops, and team activities.
