Identify and implement continuous improvements.\nTrack and report QA/QE metrics and KPIs such as velocity, defect slippage, etc.\nIdentify, manage, and implement remediation for any noncompliance items and deviations.\nProvide technical input and feedback on design, assess impact on testing, and find QA automation solutions based on the solution being implemented.\nIdentify and implement automation, AI, or other emerging solutions to expedite testing, improve quality, and reduce costs.\nApply extensive knowledge of software quality assurance, quality management, and problem-solving methodologies.\n\nRequirements: \n3-5 years of experience in QA/QE, 1-3 years of experience in development.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nRetail banking, mobile testing, web-based testing, UX testing, API testing, Accessibility.\n\nMust Have Skills: \nCoordination skills - create and execute test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.\nWeb services and/or APIs.\nDatabase testing - basic SQL knowledge.\nExperience in evaluating systems, software packages, and tools for functionality and quality requirements.\nStrong understanding of quality management methods, tools, and techniques.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProblem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational or process issues.\nWriting and executing automation test cases, custom functions, and building object repositories for web and native page elements.\n\nGood to have Skills: \nAutomation scripting Language: Python (Python + Java).\nGood to have skills: ETL testing.
