Food items are prepared as directed by the recipe, dietary meal requirements with no deviations followed unless instructed by the Production Supervisor or the Nutritionist / Dietician.\nCafeteria items are taste-tested, observed for color, texture and appearance to ensure the quality in accordance with the established quality standards.\nTo ensure all HACCP / food safety procedures are followed. Internal cooking temperature of prepared foods are checked and logged on the appropriate HACCP record.\nAll leftovers are covered and dated as per the Company’s procedures.\nTo ensure that workstations and all equipment used are properly cleaned, sanitized and maintained.\nTo ensure knives are logged in and out and returned to the knife cabinet at the end of the shift.\nAll kitchen equipment is monitored, and any malfunctioning is reported to the immediate supervisor.\nAll standards of personal hygiene established by the company are adhered to - uniforms, hair coverings, jewelry, hand washing, etc.\nEmbark on a journey with us, where every day brings new opportunities for growth and success.
