We are committed to elevating travel & culinary experiences for all our customer's journeys, becoming the top choice in the region.\nJOB TITLE\nCustomer Service Representative\nREPORTS TO\nAirport Dining Manager, Customer Service Supervisor.\nJOB PURPOSE\nTo provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced airport restaurant by assisting guests with their food and beverage needs, ensuring satisfaction, overseeing transactions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism while complying with airport security and safety regulations.\nDuties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nGuest Interaction & Service:\nGreet and engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.\nAssist guests with menu selections and provide information on ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.\nEnsure every customer receives timely and accurate service, whether dining in, taking out, or using grab-and-go options.\nAddress customer concerns or complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.\nOrder & Transaction Management:\nAccurately take and enter customer orders using POS systems.\nManage cash, credit, and mobile payments securely; provide correct change and receipts.\nMonitor order flow and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt preparation and delivery.\nDouble-check orders for accuracy before handing them to guests.\nCleanliness & Presentation:\nMaintain cleanliness of service counters, dining areas and kitchen stations\nClear and sanitize tables and high-touch surfaces regularly.\nEnsure displays are tidy, stocked, and visually appealing, especially grab-and-go sections.\nProduct Knowledge & Upselling:\nStay informed about daily specials, menu changes, and promotions.\nProactively upsell items such as beverages, combo meals, or desserts to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales.\nRecommend suitable items based on customer preferences or dietary needs.\nCompliance & Safety:\nAdhere strictly to food safety and hygiene guidelines, including proper handwashing, glove use, and temperature checks.\nComply with airport and GCG safety regulations, including fire safety, security, and emergency procedures.\nAssist in monitoring suspicious activity and report any security concerns to management or airport authorities.\nAssume any other responsibilities requested by the manager, supervisor, or team leader.\nOperational Support:\nReplenish inventory on the front line (napkins, cups, straws, condiments, etc.).\nAssist with receiving and organizing food deliveries and restocking supplies as needed.\nParticipate in opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and end-of-day reports.\nSupport team members during peak hours to ensure efficiency and minimize waiting times.\nTeamwork & Communication:\nCollaborate closely with kitchen staff, supervisors, and other CSRs to maintain smooth operations.\nAttend regular team meetings or briefings to stay updated on procedures, menu changes, and airport updates.\nProvide feedback and suggestions to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.\nQualifications & Skills\nEducation and qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent (required).\nSkills/Competencies\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to stay calm and courteous under pressure.\nBasic math and cash handling skills.\nEfficient multitasking in a demanding environment.\nKnowledge of health and safety practices in food service.\nCultural awareness and sensitivity when serving international travelers.\nTime management and organization skills.\nExperience\n1-2 years of customer service or food service experience (preferred).\nExperience in an airport, hospitality, or travel-focused environment (advantageous).\nFamiliarity with POS systems and mobile ordering platforms.\nMust pass airport security background checks and obtain required ID or badges.\nFood safety certification may be required based on local laws.\nEmbark on a journey with us, where every day brings new opportunities for growth and success.
