We are committed to elevating travel & culinary experiences for all our customer's journeys, becoming the top choice in the region.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nProactivelysolicitingand attaining newcustomers anddeveloping currentcustomers.\n\nSupporting the planning process for customers and channels\n\nAnalyzing trends and growth opportunities, and proposing theappropriate plansto improve sales\n\nSubmission of Monthly and Quarterly Sales Reportsby current / new customerby the 3rdday of each month\n\nAssist BDM with daily, weekly, and monthly sales tracking\n\nManagethe submission of allsales quotes,proformainvoices,requisitionsandpurchase orders inaspecified processtimeframeas outlined by operational standards\n\nSecuring customer ordersand ensure production and operations departments are notified of order requests no later than48 hoursbefore the event via email or WhatsApp mediums\n\nSubmission ofmonthly andquarterly Invoice and Requisition statusto Finance department\n\nTimely and efficient management of all customer queries and customer invoice discrepancies\n\nStrong customer relations are developed through frequent communication and the use of professional,courteousand ethical interpersonal interaction\n\nCustomer profiles are developed, and an effective trace system ismaintainedto include trace dates and references,in order tobest meet client needs, resulting in superioraccountservice and increased revenues.\n\nPropose,customizeand support promotions for each customer/segment and track the performance assuring they meetobjectiveswithin budget\n\nConduct pricingsurveys andmonitor competitor activity as requested\n\nOrganizing staff for events including but not limited to Servers, Janitors, Event Supervisors, Bartenders and Chef’s\n\nBooking Events including Catering, Equipment Rental, Decor and Staff\n\nOrganizing delivery, set up, breakdown and collection of the equipment\n\nConduct Site Visits with clients asrequired\n\nAssistingwith the creation and execution of marketing Strategies for Events\n\nFollow up with customers to ensure accountsReceivablesCollections are made on time and in full.\n\nAnalyze sales data and provide input and recommendations to business growth and service improvements.\n\nSupport all marketing initiatives,inclusive ofsocial media monitoring,postingand follower responses.\n\nRecord management and department filinga storagemanagement.\n\nLiaise with operations, production,procurement,and other departments to ensure all clients’ needs are metin a timely manner\n\nCoordinate all orders from current and potential clients both local and international which include but is not limited to Private Jets/petrol stations/ retail and convenience stores\n\nUpdate business acumenof self and teambyparticipatingin educational opportunities; reading professional publications;maintainingpersonal networks;participatingin professional organizations,etc.\n\nOversee materials and inventory managementrelated to allaccounts under remit.\n\nCommunicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings\n\nReview and approve all operational invoices and ensure they aresubmittedfor payment\n\nAny other duties as may berequired\n\n QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE\nA minimum of4 years sales experience\n\nAssociate Degree/First Degree in Management,Marketing,or relateddiscipline\n\nEmbark on a journey with us, where every day brings new opportunities for growth and success.
