We are committed to elevating travel & culinary experiences for all our customer's journeys, becoming the top choice in the region.\nJOB PURPOSE\nThe IT Applications Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery, optimization, and governance of enterprise applications across the Group, with a primary focus on the successful implementation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA under Project Atlas in the role of ITBP (IT Business Partner) for RTR (Record to Report) workstream.\nThis role acts as a techno-functional bridge between business and IT, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into scalable, standardized, and high-quality solutions. The position works closely with BPOs, other ITBPs, business stakeholders, and system integrators to ensure that SAP and other enterprise applications are aligned with the Group’s To-Be processes, properly integrated, and successfully deployed across multiple countries.\nThe role plays a critical part in strengthening execution discipline, ensuring solution quality, supporting business readiness, and enabling long-term sustainability of SAP and the broader applications landscape.\nDuties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nProject & Implementation Support\nSupport and actively drive the execution of IT application initiatives across the Group, with priority focus on SAP S/4HANA (Project Atlas).\nParticipate in all phases of SAP implementation including design, build, testing (UAT), deployment, hypercare, and stabilization.\nTrack project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring proper follow-up and escalation when required.\nCoordinate across business teams, IT, and system integrators to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.\nSupport cutover planning and execution activities, ensuring system readiness for go-live across countries.\nPrepare and consolidate project status updates and reports for IT leadership.\nApplication Analysis & Solution Support\nPerform techno-functional analysis of business requirements, ensuring strong alignment with SAP S/4HANA capabilities and Group To-Be processes.\nTranslate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications across SAP and non-SAP applications.\nCollaborate in solution design discussions, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and minimizing unnecessary customization.\nValidate proposed solutions from system integrators, ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with architecture standards.\nSupport preparation of functional and technical documentation required for implementation.\nEnsure solutions meet business needs while maintaining system integrity and standardization.\nInterfaces & Integrations Support\nAnalyze and support integration requirements between SAP and other enterprise systems (POS, payroll, finance tools, etc.).\nEnsure proper understanding of data flows, dependencies, and end-to-end process integration across systems.\nCollaborate with technical teams to review and validate interface designs, mappings, and integration approaches.\nSupport coordination of integration activities across all lifecycle phases (design, build, testing, deployment, hypercare).\nAssist in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.\nEnsure integrations are properly documented, tested, and aligned with IT standards for data integrity and performance.\nVendor & Stakeholder Coordination\nAct as a key operational point of contact for system integrators and vendors, particularly for SAP implementation activities.\nWork closely with BPOs, ITBPs, and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and solution alignment.\nCoordinate and challenge vendors to ensure quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and accountability.\nFacilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution.\nGovernance & Process Support\nSupport the implementation and enforcement of IT governance processes, including Incident, Request, Change, and Release Management.\nEnsure SAP and other applications comply with Group IT standards, architecture guidelines, and security policies.\nContribute to maintaining proper documentation, controls, and audit readiness across applications.\nSupport adherence to standardized processes and prevent unnecessary deviations from the SAP template.\nTesting, Change & Business Readiness Support\nSupport UAT activities, including test scenario definition, execution follow-up, and defect analysis.\nContribute to business readiness activities, ensuring users are prepared to operate SAP and other systems effectively.\nSupport change management efforts by ensuring system impacts are clearly communicated and understood.\nAssist in training preparation and knowledge transfer from a system usage perspective.\nEnsure alignment between system capabilities and actual business execution at the local level.\nContinuous Improvement & Risk Management\nIdentify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities related to SAP and other enterprise applications.\nSupport definition and follow-up of mitigation actions, ensuring visibility and proper escalation.\nMonitor system performance and usage, identifying optimization opportunities.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and better system utilization.\nContribute to strengthening execution discipline and reducing delivery bottlenecks across projects.\nQualifications & Skills\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nBilingual: English and Spanish (mandatory).\nTechnical & Professional Skills\nStrong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (Finance/RTR highly preferred).\nProven experience in end-to-end SAP project lifecycle (Explore to Hypercare).\nStrong understanding of business processes (RTR, MTI, PTP, QTC).\nSolid knowledge of system integrations (APIs, web services, data flows).\nExperience working with enterprise applications ecosystems (SAP and non-SAP).\nAbility to review, validate, and challenge technical and functional solutions.\nStrong understanding of data structures, master data, and transactional processes.\nAnalytical & Functional Skills\nStrong techno-functional mindset with the ability to bridge business and IT.\nAbility to analyze cross-application dependencies and impacts.\nStrong problem-solving skills in complex, multi-system environments.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and implementations, or ERP environments.\n6+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience (required).\nExperience in ERP transformation programs is highly preferred.\nExperience working with system
