These companies serve as authorized dealerships for Nissan and Hyundai brands in Barbados, and exclusively for Nissan in Jamaica, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent. Additionally, the division boasts a diverse portfolio that also includes a Rental Brand, operating exclusively in Barbados.\nWithin this division, the respective companies offer a range of services, including authentic parts, mechanical and electrical workshops, body shops, tire services, and the manufacturing and retailing of vehicle batteries.\nWe are looking for a self-motivated, detailed oriented and results-driven Logistics Coordinator to become a part of the Automotive Division. This position reports directly to the General Manager\nCore Objective of the role:\nThe Logistics Coordinator supports the Sales Team by managing administrative tasks, organizing sales data and enhancing customer service.\nCore Responsibilities:\nTo ensure the accurate processing of vehicle sales in the Sales Department.\nTo enter vehicle data and maintain records of stock counts.\nTo update daily sales records for the new vehicle brands.\nTo ensure all documentation is prepared for the vehicle sales.\nTo ensure that delivery packages are prepared for all vehicles.\nTo ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.\nTo coordinate all brand activities in compliance with Original Equipment Manufacturer brand standards.\nQualifications and Skills:\nFive (5) CXC certificates inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.\nComputer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nHighly organized with a strong attention to detail.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with OEMs, internal teams, and regional counterparts.\nProblem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive compensation package, including bonus potential.\nA collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.\nBenefits:\nAn attractive remuneration and benefits package is being offered commensurate with the candidates’ experience.
