The role ensures that all purchases are made in a timely, cost-effective manner while maintaining the required quality standards and compliance with company procurement policies.\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\nSource and procure goods, materials, and services required for company operations.\n\nObtain quotations from suppliers and evaluate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.\n\nPrepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policies.\n\nMaintain effective relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.\n\nMonitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate inventory.\n\nTrack and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.\n\nVerify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for accuracy before processing payments.\n\nMaintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.\n\nAssist in supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.\n\nEnsure all procurement activities comply with company policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.\n\nPerform any other related duties assigned by management.\n\nQualifications and Experience\nDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.\n\nExperience in food service, catering, hospitality, or manufacturing would be an asset.\n\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong negotiation and supplier management skills.\n\nGood analytical and cost management abilities.\n\nKnowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing systems.\n\nGood organizational and communication skills.\n\nHigh level of integrity and attention to detail.\n\nWorking Conditions\nOffice-based role with regular interaction with suppliers and operational departments.\n\nMay require occasional site visits or supplier meetings.\n\nEmbark on a journey with us, where every day brings new opportunities for growth and success.
