As an IT Program Manager, a typical day will include the following duties:\nWORK REQUIREMENTS\nWork core hours from 0900 hours to 1500 hours.\nDevelop a phased project plan, with implementation roles and resource projections, to consolidate IT technical support and development for the Customer's applications and systems.\nDevelop an Agile methodology implementation plan, with roles, for Customer adoption.\nThe Candidate shall develop a document management plan to address documents required for all Customer applications and systems, their storage locations and versioning requirements.\nDevelop a service management plan, documenting Customer's tiered support for all applications and systems.\nDevelop a reference architecture for adoption by all Customer applications and systems.\nREQUIRED SKILLS\nDemonstrated experience coordinating between design, engineering, and product stakeholders.\nDemonstrated experience managing and performing quality assurance for technical documentation, including usage guidelines, API documentation, migration guides, changelogs, and user support materials.\nDemonstrated experience driving adoption initiatives across product teams.\nDemonstrated experience managing design system or component library projects.\nDemonstrated experience with project management responsibilities, waterfall and agile, including leading software development teams.\nDemonstrated experience implementing industry best practices and associated technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards and agile methodology.\nDemonstrated experience proposing recommendations, with an emphasis on improving User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), reducing O&M, increasing quality and speed of delivery.\nDemonstrated experience in analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, and service components and associated interfaces, including those with databases and web services/APIs to assist in decision-making regarding future development.\nDemonstrated experience managing user support processes, including triage, escalation workflows, and knowledge base development.\nDemonstrated experience developing and briefing IT support documents that include SOPs, digital IT workflows, IT knowledge base, pre and post deployment checklists, IT architectural diagrams, system security plans, and administrative processes.\nDESIRED SKILLS\nDemonstrated experience working with Customer and partner IT organizations.\nDemonstrated experience with design tool governance (Figma libraries, design tokens, or similar).\nDemonstrated experience with cloud technologies.\nDemonstrated experience with AI/SI integration into existing business workflows.\nA candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an
