As an IT Program Manager, a typical day will include the following duties:\nPosition Description\nProvide a Project Manager (PM) who serves as a single POC to the Customer regarding oversight of all contract and technical activities, performance, milestones, gaps, impediments, and deliverables.\nCoordinate with the Customer to ensure all team personnel are meeting relevant training and technical compliance requirements.\nBe accountable for quality control of contract performance, to include individual performance and quality of products.\nREQUIRED SKILLS\nDemonstrated experience monitoring and reporting on personnel activities, such as performance, milestones, gaps, impediments, and deliverables.\nDemonstrated experience developing or implementing program plans.\nDemonstrated experience creating or maintaining strategic plans, documenting existing or future capabilities, and documenting high-level dependencies.\nDESIRED SKILLS\nDemonstrated experience using Enterprise Control Language (ECL) and the Lexis-Nexis High Performance Cluster Computing (HPCC) platform.\nDemonstrated experience performing All-Source data analysis to perform analytic support to the Customer.\nDemonstrated experience developing custom algorithms to support analytic requirements against massive data stores supporting the Customer.\nDemonstrated experience directly supporting the Customer performing technical analysis support using massive data processing systems.\nDemonstrated experience writing cables.\nDemonstrated experience planning and coordinating program activities such as installation and upgrading of hardware and software, utilization of cloud services, programming, or systems design development, modification of IT networks, or implementation of Internet and intranet sites.\nDemonstrated experience deploying web applications to a cloud management environment to include DevOps and security configuration management.\nDemonstrated experience developing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, and VPC.\nDemonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and executing the required activities to support documentation to meet the Customer’s data compliance requirements (e.g., legal, data policy).\nEducation:\nUndergraduate degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or similar scientific or technical discipline;
