As a Network Engineer, a typical day will include:\nResponsible for managing compute networks and network services:\nDesign and document network architecture.\nConfigure routers and managed switches.\nInstall, configure and manage network services including LDAP, DHCP, DNS, File Servers, and License Servers.\nPerform daily oversight.\nResponsible for computer systems administration:\nPerform installation, configuration, and management of Windows and Linux based computer systems.\nInstall vendor software patches.\nUpdated software repositories.\nPerform data backups and restorations.\nProvide end user support.\nPerform daily oversight.\nExperience in configuration and administration of a virtualize and storage environment:\nDemonstrated ability to create a virtualized computing environment including the installation and configuration of hardware.\nInstallation and configuration of Linux OS.\nInstallation and configuration of a Virtualized Environment.\nInstallation and configuration of a Storage Environment.\nInstall vendor upgrade and patching.\nInstall and run system scanning tools.\nExperience with creating and managing instances in a cloud environment.\nFamiliarity with cloud architecture.\nFamiliarity with the creation and configuration of cloud instances.\nFamiliarity with patching and upgrade of cloud instances.\nExperience with network and system security:\nManage user accounts and accesses.\nPerform vulnerability scans and report results.\nA candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with
