As an Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties:\nDescription\nGCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Intelligence Operations Support to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below.\nThe resource shall work closely with mission centers, field stations and bases, and technical partners across the customer, the IC, and the field to use their targeting expertise to develop and enable the execution of CNE projects. \nThe resource shall gain knowledge of the CNE project approval process as well as other required documentation/approvals and contribute to these documents and process.\nThe resource shall leverage all of targeting resources available to support CNE access and exploitation of network and devices. \nDuties and Responsibilities\nDemonstrated experience supporting IC cyber activities. \nDemonstrated experience in targeting work. \nDemonstrated experience utilizing an array of Targeting Tools/databases for project leads in support of technical projects. \nDemonstrated experience applying the appropriate internet research. \nDemonstrated experience assimilating and evaluation large amounts of data drawn from all source traces and technical projects. \nDemonstrated experience converting data into actionable project leads.\nDemonstrated experience using the internet in a project environment. \nDemonstrated experience developing and maintaining contact with appropriate sponsor, other USG organizations, and the IC to effectively support/coordinate the sharing of information. \nDemonstrated experience using strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of targeting research. \nDesired Skills and Abilities\nDemonstrated experience using foreign language skills (spoken, written, or reading) specifically Arabic or Farsi. \nDemonstrated experience with classified data repositories. \nDemonstrated experience working with customer databases and analytic tools. \nDemonstrated experience working counterintelligence area in a HUMINT targeter capacity. \nDemonstrated experience with HUMINT or cyber collection/exploitation missions. \nDemonstrated experience working int telecommunications, including cellular networks and computer networks. \nDemonstrated experience and ability to successfully pursue and drive projects against targets.\nDemonstrated experience working as a senior targeting officer in the IC evaluation technical information for CT targeting and reporting purposes. \nDemonstrated experience writing concise project summaries and requirements and deliver these results to non-technical audiences. \nDemonstrated experience drafting and coordinating project correspondence, such as cables and targeting packages. \nEducation Requirement\nBA/BS (or equivalent experience)\nExperience Requirement\n8-10 years of experience\nA candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with
