Join a global team of 550+ professionals building infrastructure and software that supports the entire digital ecosystem.\nWe are currently looking for aGlobal Data Center Capacity Manager to help secure the infrastructure required for the continued growth of our global cloud and AI platforms.\nThe role will sit within the Procurement department and report directly to the Head of Procurement, working closely with Capacity Planning, Engineering, Network, Finance and Legal.\nThis is not a traditional procurement role. It is a highly market-facing position focused on ensuring we have early visibility and access to available and upcoming data center capacity before it becomes an urgent requirement.\nYou will build relationships across the global data center ecosystem, proactively identify capacity opportunities and maintain market intelligence, bringing qualified opportunities into the wider Procurement process for commercial negotiation and contracting.\nWe are looking for someone who already knows the data center market, understands how capacity gets developed and allocated, and has the relationships to identify opportunities that may never reach a conventional RFP.\n What You’ll Do:\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with data center operators, developers, brokers and other infrastructure partners.\nProactively identify available and upcoming data center capacity across our targetmarkets.\n\nDevelop early intelligence on new developments, expansions, power availability,capacity releases and other market opportunities.\n\nMaintain a structured pipeline of current and future capacity, including MW availability, RFS dates, density, cooling capabilities, connectivity and expansion potential.\nIdentify off-market and early-stage opportunities before they become broadly marketed.\nPerform initial qualification of potential sites and capacity opportunities.\nWork with Engineering and Network teams to determine whether opportunities can support our cloud and high-density AI infrastructure.\nWork with Capacity Planning to translate future demand into a forward-looking capacity pipeline.\nEngage providers early to understand capacity, timelines and indicative commercial conditions.\nWork closely with the wider Procurement team to convert qualified opportunities into competitive sourcing and negotiation strategies.\nSupport commercial negotiations with market intelligence, alternative capacity options and established provider relationships.\nWhere appropriate, explore capacity reservations, expansion rights, powered shells, build-to-suit developments and other strategic infrastructure opportunities.\nContribute to the continuous development of Gcore's data center sourcing and supplier strategy.\n What We’re Looking For:\nStrong experience in the data center, cloud infrastructure or digital infrastructure industry.\nAn established network within the data center ecosystem, particularly among operators, developers, brokers or infrastructure partners.\nExperience identifying, sourcing, developing or selling data center capacity.\nGood understanding of wholesale and hyperscale colocation markets.\nWorking knowledge of critical power, rack density, cooling, redundancy, PUE, connectivity and infrastructure delivery timelines.\nUnderstanding of high-density cloud and GPU infrastructure requirements.\nStrong commercial judgement and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to independently develop opportunities across multiple markets and stakeholders.\nAbility to work effectively across Procurement, technical and business functions andtranslate market opportunities into actionable sourcing opportunities.\n\nExperience within a neocloud, hyperscaler, data center operator, developer or specialist data center advisory/brokerage business would be particularly relevant.\nWhat success looks like\nWhen a new infrastructure requirement arises, we should already know where suitable capacity is available, who controls it, when it can be delivered and what it will take to secure it.\nYou will help us move from reactive capacity sourcing towards a continuous global pipeline of infrastructure opportunities - giving Gcore earlier access to capacity, greater optionality and a stronger position when we enter commercial negotiations.\n Benefits\nAt Gcore, we want you to do your best work and enjoy the journey.
