If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!Job Summary\nPerforms a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections | Develops and evaluates financial plans and policies | Establishes and maintains accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controlsImpact of the Role\nGeneral Profile\nProvides leadership and direction through senior managers\nMust have at least one senior manager level direct report\nIs accountable for the performance and results of a major part of the organization (organization function or significant operational segment within a business unit, or an enterprise-wide organization sub-function) \nDevelops and executes strategy to achieve key business objectives \nDecisions are guided by company and functional strategy and objectives\nConsistent exercise of discretion & judgment\nEssential Functions\nDirects and oversees multiple financial functions in the organization. \nEstablishes internal controls for monitoring assets, capital investments, controlling costs, and measuring liquidity. \nLiaisons with senior leadership on matters of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements. \nMay summarize the financial status of the organization; interprets asset ratios, break-even analysis reports, profit margins, operating costs, stock value (if applicable), and other metrics used in measuring fiscal stability. \nCommunicates with Operations, Marketing, HR, IT, and other departments on matters of internal controls and/or budget approval and ROI for specific projects. \nOversees audits and makes certain that financial reporting is completed properly, and that all documentation follows applicable regulations (including GAAP, FASB, or SEC mandates). \nLeads and directs the work of other managers and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers. \nRequired Qualifications\nRequired education and experience: Associate's Degree and 12-15 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience\n Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nPreferred Qualifications\nPreferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree\nDiscipline/Major: Business, Accounting or Finance degree preferred\n Additional certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) desired.\n Knowledge, skills & abilities: Leadership skills.
