We invite you to apply to join our team of employees who are dedicated to excellence that meet the needs of the warfighters and our customers around the world, day in and day out.Job Summary\nPerforms preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical) | Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield | Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance) | Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems | Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance proceduresImpact of the Role\nGeneral Profile\nRequires basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process\nWorks within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines\nWorks with close supervision\nPerforms manual tasks according to established procedures\nEssential Functions\n Performs preventive maintenance and skilled repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems. \n Follows standard procedures to monitor equipment for performance, safety, and effectiveness. \n Performs equipment failure analysis to complete preventive and unscheduled maintenance. \n Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. \n Logs equipment modifications and maintenance details in the designated system.\n Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintains quality standards\nRequired Qualifications\nRequired education and experience: Vocational/Technical Training Degree and 1-2 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nPreferred education and experience: Associate's Degree\nDiscipline/Major: Maintenance or related discipline preferred\n Knowledge, skills & abilities: Ability to work as part of a team.
