If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!Job Summary\nDevelops and implements methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed | Designs and installs sophisticated testing equipment and performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates | Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions | Collaborates with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensures that effective corrective actions are implemented and contributes to supplier quality improvement programsImpact of the Role\nGeneral Profile\nRequires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and broadens capabilities\nContinues to build knowledge of the company, processes and customers\nPerforms a range of assignments related to job discipline \nUses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations\nReceives a moderate level of guidance and direction\nConsistent exercise of discretion & judgment\nEssential Functions\nEstablishes quality standards for products and processes and suggest modifications meant to prevent defects in components or final products. \nWorks closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, product management, and production, to identify and mitigate quality risks. \nAudits production processes, raw materials, or suppliers/vendors to ensure that established quality standards are met. \nConducts root cause analysis for defects, non-conformities, or other quality failures. \nMay be responsible for ensuring compliance with formal external quality standards, such as ISO 9001. \nRequired Qualifications\nRequired education and experience: Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience\n Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nPreferred Qualifications\nPreferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree\nDiscipline/Major: Quality or Engineering degree preferred\n Knowledge, skills & abilities: Technical expertise.
