GDKN will provide your organization with the flexibility to staff up or down, depending on your business needs.\n Job Summary:\nAssembles fabricated parts at floor stations and performs testing and calibration of parts and mechanisms to ensure they meet required tolerances and product specifications.\nUses hand and power tools to assemble units according to established procedures.\nIdentifies components that fail testing or tolerance requirements and performs repairs as needed.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssemble and test components and finished products in accordance with engineering and product specifications.\nInspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and repair units that do not meet tolerance or testing requirements.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nFollow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.\nAccurately document production activity and maintain required records.\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements:\nLifting in excess of 30 pounds and/or frequent repetitive lifting may be required.\nExposure to machinery, chemicals, biological materials, or other physical risks is anticipated.\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nMay be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in the assigned specialty area.\nTypically requires 2-4 years of experience in the field or a related area.\nWorking knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.\nAbility to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.\nWorks under immediate supervision with limited need for independent judgment.\nReports to a supervisor or manager.\nPrescreen Questions:\nQ1 - Assembly & Technical Skills:\nCan you walk me through your experience assembling mechanical or fabricated parts and using hand or power tools?
