GDKN will provide your organization with the flexibility to staff up or down, depending on your business needs.\n Candidates should be eligible to work on US defense and space projects.\nDescription\nResponsible for the completion of Test Engineering projects.\nPerforms engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.\nDevelops, implements, management operating systems to monitor project metrices and controls to ensure data accuracy.\nRemove barriers to project execution to deliver test solution on time, and under budget.\nRequires a bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.\nFamiliar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.\nRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.\nPerforms a variety of tasks.\nMay lead and direct the work of others.\nA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate design and development activities within the test functions to address customer requirements\nManage the program plan, including scope, schedule, cost, technical aspects, resources, and risks\nEstablish and maintain detailed technical plans, estimates, and schedules\nLead the solution definition process from requirements definition through design, development, validation & verification, and introduction to production and qualification labs.\nTrack and report program progress, costs, risks, and milestones\nLead internal and external design reviews and technical coordination meetings\nEnsure compliance with Aerospace Engineering Processes\nWE VALUE\nExperience with Test Engineering Design Processes\nProven track record in developing test software and hardware\nProactive and self-driven individuals who take initiative and deliver results\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assemble facts, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations\nAbility to effectively use data to make intelligent decisions\nWorking knowledge of DO-160, MIL-810\nPMP Certificate (Project Management Professional)\nStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills in a global team environment\nStrong management operating system that facilitates communication\nAttention to details and strong problem-solving skills\nExperience with Agile methodology project execution is a plus.\nYOU MUST HAVE\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering-Electronics\nMinimum of 5 years of engineering experience in electronics in an aerospace environment or transportation industry\nMinimum of 3 years in project management, including baseline management, earned value reporting, and computer-based scheduling and reporting tools.\nQuestion\n1- Have you managed multi-disciplinary teams, Electrical, Mechanical, Software\n2- What is an example of management operating system that you follow to execute Projects scope, budget and schedule constraints.\n3- Do you use Microsoft Project to create schedule?
