drive execution in a fast-moving environment.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProven track record delivering $2M+ large-scale engineering/software programs on time and within ±5% of approved budget.\nExperience leading execution across + 6Agile/Scrum engineering teams, coordinating 30+ engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong program leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to resolve critical dependencies and risks and maintain delivery against committed milestones.\nExperience managing resource plans, budgets, forecasts, and program risks across portfolios, including headcount planning and quarterly financial forecasting.\nExperience leading globally distributed teams across 3+ time zones and managing execution with external engineering partners/vendors.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting program status, risks, dependencies, and financials to both technical teams and senior business leadership.\nProficiency with program/project management tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and software-development practices, including roadmap planning, sprint execution,
