Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain technical plans and process documents.\nDevelop system requirements in accordance with the requirements management plan.\nPlan and execute verification and validation activities for avionics systems, including laboratory testing on hardware.\nConduct system-level integration, regression, and acceptance testing.\nAnalyze test results, identify issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.\nApply applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements, including DO-178, DO-254, and ARP4754, as required by the program.\nParticipate in design reviews, technical meetings, and project planning.\nCommunicate progress, dependencies, and risks clearly to team members and stakeholders.\nPlan assigned work against project timelines, deliverables, and available resources.\nWork independently on assigned tasks and seek support from the technical lead when needed to resolve blockers or keep work progressing.\nPartner with the technical lead to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or another specifically approved engineering discipline.\nAt least 2 years of experience developing, integrating, or testing electronic systems.\nHands-on lab experience with electronic systems and test equipment.\nGood problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nExperience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).\nKnowledgeable of Change Management and Configuration management concepts.\nProven experience working on writing technical documents.\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience using scripting languages such as Python or Perl for engineering or test activities.\nExperience with build environments and continuous integration tools, such as makefiles and Jenkins.\nBasic knowledge of software development processes and programming languages such as C or C++.\nFamiliarity with applicable avionics standards, such as DO-178, DO-254, and ARP4754, at the revisions used by the program.\nExperience with aviation data-transfer or communication standards, such as ARINC 664 or Ethernet.\nKnowledge of avionics systems, such as navigation, communications, or flight-control systems.\nExperience facilitating Scrum activities or serving as a Scrum Master.\nFamiliarity with change-management, configuration-management, and problem-report processes.\nExperience with lean methodologies or continuous-improvement practices.\nClear
