From automating processes to leveraging smart factory technologies, robotics,\nand additive manufacturing, GE Aerospace is shaping the future of aviation at GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore (GEAESS).\nGEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.\nRole Overview:\nSupport the development and implementation of LMS system.\n\nCollaborate with various departments (e.g., engineering, operations, labs) to identify pain points and propose solutions.\n\nParticipate in data collection, cleaning, and preparation activities to support digital transformation projects.\n\nContribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and presentations related to workflow projects.\n\nSupport project management activities, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and communicating updates.\n\nConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new digital solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.\n\nAssist in the maintenance and optimization of existing digital systems and processes.\n\nCreate onboarding content/digital learning materials with VR/AR tools\n\nIdeal Candidate\nProactive, detail-oriented student with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who is eager to learn and apply digital technologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively, manage multiple tasks independently, and bring a strong interest in improving systems, workflows, and learning solutions through innovation.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in aerospace, Aviation, or a related field.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in digital technologies.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with VR/AR tools is a plus.\n\nBasic understanding of project management principles is desirable.\n\nPrior internship experience in a technology or business environment is an advantage.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n\nProactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.\n\nAt GE Aerospace, we have a relentless dedication to the future of safe and more sustainable flight and believe in our talented people to make it happen.
