This position will lead a team developing both software infrastructure and analytic development to support Product Validation across 5 sitesJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nIn this role, you will:\nLead program and operations for Streaming Test analytics \nEnsure customer adoption & drive simplification on process, governance in relation to test data\nMaintain effective working relationship with business leaders, stakeholders, users and partners to integrate programs into overall strategic objectives\nEffectively communicate (i.e. status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the organization\nLead a team of GE employees and contractors to implement, simplify and support Test data management\nLead with a hands-on approach - drive accountability to continuously improve enterprise standards, and grow the team's capability set from both depth and breadth perspective\nCoach GE employees on career navigation, managing conflict, and how to operate in a volatile, uncertain world\nShape/Develop and sustain strong, candid relationships with Product Validation customers\nRecruit, hire, and retain talents \nDrive business process change (simplification) by influencing functional and business customers\nDevelop systems and opportunities for continued employee education on test technology, accounting/controllership best practices, etc.\nDevelop knowledge transfer processes that seamlessly transition project go lives to test data operations team\nEducation Qualification:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)\nMinimum years of experience 8 years\nDesired Characteristics:\nStrong technical background in Machine Learning & AI solutions including anomaly detection, data clustering/piping, & GenAI orchestration\nStrong technical background in aircraft engine performance analysis and/or engine design (thermal, aerodynamics, combustion, etc).\nBackground in software development using Python/Java using Agile CI/CD\nDemonstrated ability to deliver large scale programs • Demonstrated ability to lead in a highly matrixed environment • Demonstrated experience in project or program management, including across business units • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent collaboration skills • Experience working across multiple functions and with global resources • Strong Six Sigma, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) skills • Strong analytical skills\nThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
