While collaborating with our global and diverse workforce you will receive expert coaching from leaders invested in your accelerated development. In addition, you will be required to complete challenging and exciting technical training opportunities including the GE Aerospace’s Advanced Courses in Engineering (ACE). If you love technology and desire an engineering career, then EEDP is for you!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nPlan and perform assigned engineering tasks within the framework of safety, quality, delivery and cost (SQDC).\n\nCollaborate with leaders in identifying and setting challenging goals for each rotation.\n\nComplete technical training with mentorship and coaching from world-class engineers and experienced technical leaders.\n\nDemonstrate an ability to understand and apply engineering fundamentals to solve real world problems while managing multiple priorities.\n\nIdentify and share best practices regarding new analyses, techniques and methodologies.\n\nIncorporate LEAN principles into your standard work.\n\nQualifications/Requirements:\nGraduation date between December 2025 and July 2027\n\nMinimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or equivalentfrom an ABET-accredited university or college.\n\nBasic understanding of engineering and/or manufacturing fundamentals.\n\nPrior intern, co-op, or research experience in engineering or manufacturing.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms.\n\nStrong team skills with demonstrated leadership skills.\n\nEligibility Requirements:\nAny offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
