May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field.\nMinimum Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Occupational Environment, Health and/or Safety, Engineering or equivalent\nMinimum of 5 years of experience driving EHS in a Manufacturing environment\nDesired Characteristics & Experience\nPrevious experience with GE EHS management systems\nProject management experience Proficient with Microsoft office tools and eager to learn new IT EHS reporting tools (Gensuite, Sofi, etc.)\nExperience applying Lean/Six Sigma to help improve site safety performance\nStrong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
