Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nBasic understanding of machining processes and fixture design\nHands-on experience to work independently on GROB / DMG / MAZAK machines (TMC / VMC / HMC / 5-Axis)\nExperience in operating Siemens / Mazatrol / Fanuc controllers\nAbility to interpret part drawings and GD&T requirements\nAbility to perform work as per SOPs, work instructions, and industry standard practices\nIn-depth knowledge of cutting tools, parameter selection, and troubleshooting\nHands-on experience in tool presetting and tool setting using Zoller\nAbility to set tools in the machine as per NC program and setup sheet\nAbility to conduct regular tool trials to optimize cycle time, tool life, and overall process stability\nAbility to interpret and create tool layouts\nResponsibility for work-holding fixture maintenance and coordination of repairs\nKnowledge of QC tools and ability to drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for machining and quality issues\nKnowledge and proper use of process-specific PPE and adherence to all safety requirements\nIdeal Candidate:\nAn experienced CNC machine operator with strong hands-on exposure to GROB/DMG/MAZAK (TMC/VMC/HMC/5-axis) and Siemens/Mazatrol/Fanuc controllers, able to independently set up, optimize, and troubleshoot machining processes using cutting tool knowledge & GD&T.\nRequired Qualification/Requirements:\nDiploma in Mechanical engineering with minimum 3-5 years of experience working in GE.\n\nWhether we are manufacturing components for our engines, driving innovation in fuel and noise reduction, or unlocking new opportunities to grow and deliver more productivity, our GE Aerospace teams are dedicated and making a global impact.
