Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.\nJob Description\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nPerform Electrical controls cabinet assembly, wiring,electrical device installation and trouble shooting\nConduct Inspection and testing of cabinets and sub-assemblies as per engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications\nPlan and manage daily production in assembly, testing, and sub-assembly areas\nCoordinate with warehouse for timely material supply\nEnsure FPY of 95% and job quality in all operations\nMaintain tools and machine health, support preventive maintenance with CFT\nRaise and support EHS concerns and contribute to Kaizen (1/month)\nManage consumables and support cost reduction projects\nHandle customer complaints related to supply and delivery, in coordination with relevant teams\nIdeal Candidate:\nA Junior Engineer with experience in supporting assembly, electrical control cabinet assembly, wiring, and inspection.\nRequired Qualification/Requirements:\nFirst-class Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Electrical Engineering\n2-4 years of experience in engineering industry\nHands-on experience in control cabinet assembly and wiring, preferably Static Starter\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, BOMs, and specifications\nStrong manual dexterity, able to work on feet for extended periods\nHigh personal integrity and strong safety mindset\nWhether we are manufacturing components for our engines, driving innovation in fuel and noise reduction, or unlocking new opportunities to grow and deliver more productivity, our GE Aerospace teams are dedicated and making a global impact.
