Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. Provides informal guidance to new team members\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years production quality experience)\nMinimum of 3 years production quality experience\nDesired Characteristics\nStrong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
