Creates strategies that further the sites quality priorities and improvements.Job Description\nRoles And Responsibilities\nQuality Engineer in additive manufacturing realizing quality assurance of products, manufacturing, and inspection processes.\n\nEstablish inspection and control plans for conformance of additive hardware, using statistics to analyze capability\n\nLeverage FLIGHT DECK to lead problem solving and process improvement initiatives.\n\nParticipate in strategic initiatives for new technologies related to additive manufacturing processes\n\nOwnership of Material Review Board (MRB) tickets\n\nEngage in site audit initiatives; perform work station audits and support regulatory and special process audits.\n\nIn-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
