We are seeking a passionate and dedicated LRU Field Support Expert to be the advocate for our customers in the field. As the LRU Product Support Engineer, you will be the Hardware Owner, responsible for the in-service reliability of GE Line Removable Units (LRUs) for the LEAP-1A/B/C engines.In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of minimizing potential customer operation disruptions due to in-service issues. You will develop Service Bulletins, initiate and participate in Technical Reviews, Quick Market Intelligence (QMIs), Cluster Calls, and PCBs. You will also present technical communications to airframers and airlines, ensuring the accuracy of technical publications such as the Engine Maintenance Manual, Aircraft Maintenance Manual, Service Bulletins, and Component Maintenance Manuals.\nAs a leader in field problem resolution, you will drive containment and corrective actions implementation. You will work closely with Engine Systems Design and Integration (ESD&I), Life Cycle Engineering, the Product Reliability team, and more frequently with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs - LRU vendors) to solve, investigate and anticipate field problems.\nGiven the critical nature of your hardware ownership and responsibility for aviation operations worldwide, the role requires to be available on a 24/7 basis to support fleet operations. If you are ready to take on this exciting challenge and be a key player in ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet, we would love to hear from you!\nJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities\nExecute the analysis/evaluation of assigned projects that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product/program requirements.\nRecommend and guide approach to meet the technical and program requirements.\nFormulate and implement plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments.\nDevelop action plans to anticipate and respond to field problems.\nSet the rhythm of Root Cause Investigations\nManages different LRU vendors to track in service reliability of assigned LRUs\nProvide technical guidance to other personnel and assigned teams;
