We’re seeking a motivated Machine Operator 1 to support precision manufacturing and assembly in a collaborative, continuous-improvement environment. This role is ideal for hands-on team players who take pride in quality, safety, and steady skill growth.\nWhat you’ll do - Key Responsibilities\nOperate, set up, and monitor automated welding and induction fusing machines, and a variety of other manufacturing equipment.\nFollow written work instructions, processes, and procedures to prepare and assemble parts that meet quality standards.\nUse gauges and perform visual and basic mechanical inspection and dimensional measurements to verify part quality.\nPerform repetitive assembly tasks and use a wide variety of hand tools safely and accurately.\nParticipate in NADCAP and departmental certification processes and maintain required certifications.\nCross-train within the department, support manufacturing across product lines, and help train less experienced team members.\nContribute to lean and 5S practices to continuously improve processes and workspace organization.\nPerform other duties as assigned and be flexible to support operational needs.\nRequired qualifications, skills & experience\nHigh School diploma or GED.\nThis role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek.
