As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining. \nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform preventative maintenance and documents work performed.\nPerform basic inspections on forklifts and performs minor repairs with assistance.\nInstalls electrical conduit and components\nPerform troubleshooting and maintenance associated with programmable logic controllers.\nPerform troubleshooting and maintenance on machine shop equipment (lathes and mills) and lasers.\nMaintain repairs and rebuilds electrical components\nInspects and troubleshoots equipment/machines and makes appropriate repairs\nPerform single and multiple phase wiring\nIdentifies variances and reports to supervision.\nOperate forklift and aerial work platforms (boom lift and scissor lift).\nCoordinates service work with outside technicians.\nPerform minor repairs to heating/cooling unit.\nPerform basic electrical work/repairs.\nFollow all safety and quality standards with willingness to lead by example.\nPerforms selection and validation of new manufacturing equipment.\nInterpret electrical schematics.\nDesign and modifies electrical circuits.\nA few reasons to consider us\nQuarterly performance based bonus up to $1300 every quarter (4x/year)\n\n10% pay differential for 2nd/3rd shift\n\nHealthcare Benefits eligible on day one of employment\n\nMonthly employee engagement events\n\n12 annual paid holidays; vacation eligible at day 30 of employment\n\nClimate-controlled building out of the elements\n\nTuition reimbursement benefit\n\nGE Aerospace offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
