This is done from our new state of the art facility.\nIn this role you will be part of the NPI team, supporting the growing demand for new propeller manufacturing systems and contributing to the development of the next generation of electrified, sustainable aviation. You will be a valued member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, helping to ensure design intent is effectively translated through the production system and that manufacturing requirements are considered throughout the product development cycle.\nWith a strong focus on delivery, you'll support the execution of manufacturing engineering projects across process, facility, equipment and infrastructure workstreams, coordinating stakeholders and suppliers to enable safe installation, commissioning, training and handover.\nYou'll also contribute to the adoption of new technologies and automation to improve repeatability, reliability, and overall production\nreadiness.\nRole Purpose\nTo support the delivery of complex manufacturing engineering projects by coordinating the execution of equipment, facility, and capability work-packages from definition through installation, commissioning and handover. The role will manage actions, schedule inputs, risks, interfaces and supplier coordination across process, facility, equipment, infrastructure, and manufacturing capability activities to ensure delivery aligns with project milestones, governance, applicable standards, and the successful introduction of new propeller manufacturing systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive day-to-day execution of manufacturing engineering work-packages, ensuring actions, dependencies, and deliverables are\nclearly owned and progressed. \nCoordinate equipment and facility project activities across internal teams, suppliers, integrators, and site functions to enable safe\nand effective delivery. \nSupport the development and upkeep of project plans, installation plans, commissioning readiness plans, and training/handover\nplans. \nMaintain clear documentation, assumptions, interfaces, and revision control to support traceability and controlled delivery. \nTrack key dependencies, risks, issues, and changes, providing clear updates on actions and delivery impacts. \nSupport supplier engagement including meeting cadence, action tracking, document collation, and readiness reviews (e.g.,\nacceptance test preparation and close-out). \nCoordinate site readiness activities including utilities, access, shutdown planning (where applicable), permits, and stakeholders to\nenable installation activity. \nSupport cross-functional alignment across engineering, facilities, quality, HSE, IT/OT, sourcing, operations, and external partners. \nSkills and Experience\nExperience in project engineering, manufacturing engineering project delivery, industrialisation support, equipment introduction, or manufacturing facility/equipment programmes. \nStrong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and suppliers to deliver against milestones in a complex environment. \nExperience supporting installation, commissioning and handover of equipment or manufacturing capability (including documentation and readiness activities). \nAbility to manage actions, dependencies, risks and interfaces with strong attention to detail and follow-through. \nStrong organisational, documentation, and communication skills with confidence working across functions. \nWorking knowledge of manufacturing environments and how process needs drive equipment, facilities and infrastructure requirements. \nPersonal Attributes\nDelivery-focused and structured, with strong follow-through on actions and commitments. \nProactive and collaborative, able to build alignment across diverse stakeholders. \nCalm under pressure, able to manage competing priorities while maintaining clarity and momentum. \nPractical problem-solver who surfaces issues early and drives closure. \nFlexible Working\nGE supports and encourages flexible working arrangements, where possible, and recognises the benefits to employees of having a positive work-life balance.\nTotal Reward\nAt GE Aerospace we understand the importance of Total Reward.
