You can adapt procedures and working practices, as long as the final results meet the defined standards for quality, volume, timeliness and any other requirements that apply.\nJob Description\nEssential Responsibilities:\nLead Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, including non-conformance management and the tracking of overinspection KPIs, to strengthen risk control and drive continuous quality improvement\nSet the right team staffing levels and make sure production needs are covered, through resource planning and monitoring of individual and team performance\nBuild the team’s technical skills through training, coaching and on-the-job support, so that customer methods and standards are understood and applied the same way by everyone\nTurn company policies and strategies into practical, results-oriented actions, using technical expertise, analytical thinking and management experience\nApply best practices in control and investigation, strengthen collaboration between Quality and the production areas, and compare current methods against industry standards, market benchmarks and customer expectations\nAnalyze complex manufacturing issues across varied technologies and interdependent production cycles. Where appropriate, develop solutions beyond established parameters, drawing on data and information from inside and outside the team\nCoach and develop less-experienced inspectors to increase their autonomy and effectiveness\nCoordinate the overinspection process using the TTI tools defined in the company’s Standard Work, so that inspections are consistent, traceable and of high quality\nPromote the use of the customer’s Root Cause Analysis and Action Plan methods, and help functions agree on priorities and solutions to prevent recurrence and improve customer outcomes\nBuild improvement strategies by combining internal data with customer information to spot trends, critical issues and risk factors.
