With our technical expertise and pioneering spirit, we elevate the flying experience to new heights.\nWork location: Subang and will be stationed at Sepang from Q4 2027\nRole Overview:\nPlan, develop, implement, and evaluate processes for material delivery to point of fit to ensure continuous supply to production.\nTracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.\nLiaise with vendors and OEMs to follow up on delivery status of spares purchases and to expedite deliveries via phone calls outside working hours, where necessary.\nUtilize Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) in SAP.\nMonitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks and forecast problems.\nEnsuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient by vendor selection.\nUnderstand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule. Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.\nOversee the effective delivery of end-to-end service globally ensuring the proper execution of the P2P process: from requisition handling to PO placement and tracking, to PO changes, to PO close.\nPreparing and generating weekly report of inventory status, stock requisition analysis, and forecasting.\nLiaise with customer representative team for part fulfilment approvals.\nIdeal Candidate:\nHas at least 3 years of experience in similar roles and familiar with excel functions.\nRequired Qualifications:\nDegree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematic, Statistics, Engineering or closely related field required.\nMinimum 3 years working experience in material planning, purchasing or relevant supply chain preferably in aviation/manufacturing.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
