Responsibilities include wiring tasks, basic measurements, visual inspections, functional testing, and the safe use of tools, test equipment, and hazardous materials.\nJob Description\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nAbility to follow written work instructions, processes and procedures\nPerforms visual & basic measurement inspection of parts subsequent to assembly steps\nAbility to obtain all required certifications of department\nCut, strip, and crimp wire as required\nOperate test equipment as required\nAbility to work with hazardous materials\nAbility to use a wide variety of hand and/or power tools as required\nAbility to do weight measuring as required\nAbility to read and interpret dimensional measurements as required (calipers, and scales)\nPerforms functional tests using a variety of equipment to verify accuracy and functionality (i.e. electrical, helium, and leak tests as required)\nAbility to cross-train as required\nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds\nQualifications/Requirements\nHigh School diploma or GED\nActively participate in a teaming environment that uses lean and 5S practices to improve products and processes\nBasic computer skills\nBasic math skills\nBasic ERP skills\nBasic written and verbal communications skills\nThis role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek.
