The role also includes ownership of clearly assigned operational activities and recurring deliverables, initially under the guidance of experienced team members and with progressively increasing autonomy.\nJob Description\nEssential Responsibilities:\nSupport the Program Manager / Senior Program Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring assigned programs across their lifecycle, ensuring alignment on milestones, deliverables, and priorities\nMaintain and update key program data, including schedule, costs, risks, opportunities, dashboards, and action trackers, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up\nContribute to program planning and cost control activities, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) maintenance, in coordination with Functional Planners, actuals, forecasts, variances, monthly Estimate to Complete (ETC), and budget monitoring\nSupport performance analysis and program governance through the preparation of reviews, operating cadences, and actionable metrics for decision-making., including support to Earned Value Management (EVM) and Contract Margin Reviews\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to track deliverables and support issue resolution\nAssist in supplier follow-up, maintain the Risk and Opportunity Register for the assigned scope, track mitigation actions, and prepare presentations and management updates for internal and external stakeholders\nRequired Qualifications:\nMaster’s Degree in Engineering, Management Engineering, Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field\nStrong interest in Program Management, project planning, cost control, and business operations\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint\nFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and, the ability to manage multiple priorities\nBasic knowledge of project management or financial concepts is considered a plus\nAvailability for occasional business travel, if needed\nWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required\nDesired Characteristics:\nProactive, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to seek clarification and follow up without waiting for repeated instructions\nCollaborative mindset with good problem-solving skills, a strong sense of ownership, and personal accountability for assigned activities and deliverables\nAbility to build effective working relationships in a cross-functional and international environment\nClear communication style, attention to detail, appropriate sense of urgency, and results orientation, including determination to track assigned actions through completion\nJoin us!\nAvio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a culture of respect, where every individual is valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
