Our team is responsible for design, manufacturing, and assembly of the engines on which the military depends, along with a vast array of services and support to approximately 30,000 engines in the field.\nRole Overview\nThe Program Operations & Cost Account Manager (CAM) will lead execution across multiple F110 production and derivative programs by integrating operational performance with cost, schedule, and scope ownership. This role is responsible for driving predictable business results through strong cross-functional coordination, disciplined planning, and proactive management of program execution.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nLead operations execution across multiple programs or assigned work scopes to meet business and customer commitments\nServe as the CAM for one or more control accounts, with ownership of cost, schedule, and scope performance\nDevelop and maintain budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and estimates to complete\nTrack actual performance versus plan and provide clear variance analysis and recommended corrective actions\nAlign work scope and execution plans with program milestones, integrated schedules, and operational priorities\nPartner across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve issues and improve execution\nDrive operating rhythms and performance reviews focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)\nIdentify risks and opportunities affecting delivery, cost, and execution, and lead mitigation or recovery planning\nPrepare leadership updates, program reviews, and status communications\nSupport compliance, audit, and governance requirements associated with program controls and business operations\nPromote continuous improvement in planning, execution, visibility, and accountability\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or Business field\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Project Management, Finance, and/or Supply Chain\nThis role requires the successful candidate to maintain a US Government Security Clearance; prerequisite for a security clearance is U.S. Citizenship. Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold US Government Security Clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nActive Secret U.S. government security clearance\nExperience in a cost account management, program controls, or a similar role\nFamiliarity with earned value management (EVM), schedule performance, and cost variance analysis\nExperience in an aerospace, industrial, or manufacturing environment\nAbility to connect operational execution with financial performance and business outcomes\nStrong Excel, ERP, and reporting system skills\nDemonstrated ability to influence, drive accountability, and lead recovery actions across teams\nExperience supporting multiple programs, product lines, or complex work scopes simultaneously\nExperience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking\nDemonstrated ability to lead in a cross-functional, matrixed environment\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
