From automating processes to leveraging smart factory technologies, robotics, and additive manufacturing, GE Aerospace is shaping the future of aviation at GE Aerospace Engine Services Singapore (GEAESS).\nGEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.\nRole Overview:\nThe key projects includes but not limited to:\nLead the initiation and setup of a new Calibration Lab of dimensional and torque calibration at a new engine overhaul facility at Seletar Aerospace Park.\n\nYou will be responsible for the overall project management and ensure the adequate resources are obtained to keep the program on track.\n\nTo qualify and commission 3D printing powder element composition analysis machine at Loyang Compressor repair facility.\n\nCoordinate a Kaizen event at Metallurgy Lab with cross functional team.\n\nYou will be following up with various stakeholder for machine installation, qualification, creating standard work and training of the operators for operation.\n\nInterns must be able to commit to a 20-24 week internship at minimum to ensure they have sufficient time and opportunity to learn from their internship projects\nIdeal Candidate\nThe Ideal candidate shall have basic knowledge of engineering and possess eager to learn attitude.
