We are hiring a Digital Technology professional to administer, configure, and manage this new SAP environment.In this role, you will lead the blueprinting of GE’s business processes, partner with a system integrator to deploy SAP S/4HANA, and ultimately act as product owner for the Inventory to Deliver (ITD) processes for Edison Works. You will define the strategic direction for the SAP deployment and integrations, collaborating closely with business partners and DT teams to establish best practices and leverage existing standards.\nJob Description\nThis role will be responsible for leading the technical product strategy and roadmap for SAP Inventory and QM solutions , ensuring alignment with business needs.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nOwn the implementation of all Material management, inventory and warehouse management functions (ie. Inbound receiving, stock locations, picking, receiving, shipping, etc) in SAP ERP for specific deployment projects.\nOwn the implementation of the SAP QM module and related business processes and integrations.\nWork closely with business and DT teams to confirm setup and reporting requirements that align to GE Aerospace standards.\nInfluence business stakeholders on implementing standard processes and adopting best practice ERP solutions.\nWork with third party vendor to implement SAP solution that minimizes customization and meets the business needs, using opportunity to broaden technical expertise.\nWork with broader GE Aerospace ecosystem to ensure Edison Works business follows enterprise standards and can integrate with other enterprise systems (e.g. Oracle EBS)\nOwn the requirements and testing for any inventory or QM integrations needed to external systems\nMaintain a high level of functional competency regarding the standard configuration of SAP EWM and associated integrations by staying abreast of new trends, future enhancements and leveraging best practices.\nAlign with functional partner to lead the delivery of product area for initial implementation and future releases.\nEnsure all systems are aligned to IT long term strategy and standards (e.g.SOX, CMMC) \nVerify all needed documentation is completed as part of program delivery.\nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience in ERP Product Management\nExperience with foundational ERP concepts across multiple modules\nExperience implementing or supporting complex ERP projects (SAP, Oracle, etc.)\nMinimum of 5 years professional experience in technical product management\nNOTE: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience:\nLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. ERP implementation experience is preferred.\nExperience integrating an ERP system to MES or non-ERP system\nExperience with GE applications such as Centerpiece, ETQ, TeamCenter\nExperience collaborating across multiple business and IT teams to align priorities and influence delivery\nStrong team player, listens, collaborates, and actively incorporates input from various sources\nStrong analytical and strong problem-solving skills; effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions.\nHigh level of energy and enthusiasm with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.\nHas worked on a cross-functional team; is aware of business priorities and organizational dynamics.\nCommunicates in a clear and succinct manner.\nUnderstanding of Supply Chain business processes\nThis role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
